24 Hour Cancellation Policy:
All appointments will be held with a credit card. We request that if you must
cancel an appointment, you do so with at least 24 hours notice of your arrival
time. If we are unable to fill your appointment, we reserve the right to charge
the full price of the service. If your credit card is on file, we will bill your card
directly. If we are able to fill your appointment, you will not be charged unless
the new appointment is of lesser value, then you will only be charged the
difference in price. If you were planning to use a gift certificate & do not give
24hrs notice, it will become invalid.
Winter Weather Policy:
The safety of our clients is very important to us. We understand that in cases of bad weather such as snow storms and icy roads, you may have to make a last minute cancellation. If you need to do so, you must reschedule your appointment within 5 days in order to avoid being charged.
Please Be On Time:
We request that guests show up 10 minutes before their scheduled treatment. All our patrons deserve a pleasurable experience, so we make every attempt to get each person into their treatments on time so that the guests coming after them may enjoy their treatments on time.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late and there is an appointment scheduled after yours, your treatment will end on time and you will not receive the full length of time you scheduled. If there is not enough time to conduct your treatment properly, your appointment will be deemed canceled. In either case, you will be charged for the full amount of the service.

Gift Certificates:
All gift certificates expire 6 months from the date of purchase. The expiration date is boldly written on each gift certificate. Please take note of this. There will be no refunds for expired gift certificates. All gift certificate sales are final. May not use gift certificates on discounted services or specials/promotions. May not purchase services that are on special as gift certificates. Gift certificate values are applicable towards regularly priced services only. May only use one gift certificate per visit. Clients are eligeable for all specials and promotions after value of certificate has been redeemed.

Q: How early should I arrive?
A: Try to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for me to ask any questions & for us to discuss your goals for the treatment so I can customize the best massage for you.
Q: What should I expect to happen at my appointment, what is the procedure?
A: If you are a new client, the first thing you will do is fill out a short health history form to let me know if you have any injuries, ailments or specific areas you want focused on. Next, we will go over that form together briefly, & you can tell me exactly what you are looking to achieve with your massage. {ex. light or deep pressure, areas of concern, ect.} I will show you how to get on the table & answer any more questions. Then, I will leave the room for a few minutes so you can undress & lay on the massage table. I will knock before I come back in, then we will start the massage. You will be totally covered with sheets & blankets the entire time except for whatever part of the body I am working on.
Q: Do I have to disrobe entirely?
A: No, you can undress completely or just down to your underwear. Whatever you are most comfortable with.
Q: How can I pay?
A: Visa, Mastercard, Debit, or Cash.
Q: What is the tipping policy?
A: Gratuity is not included in price of services & is up to your discretion. Tipping is customary, if you wish to leave a gratuity, most guests leave 10-20%. Our staff truly appreciates you thanking them in this way.
Q: What if the pressure feels too much & it's uncomfortable?
A: I will frequently ask throughout the massage how the pressure feels. Feel free at any time to ask me to go lighter, or deeper. Feel free to communicate any discomfort. I want your massage to be 100% satisfactory.
Q: Am I supposed to feel sore the next day?
A: Typically people feel a little sore the next day, it's perfectly normal. Drinking ALOT of water 24 hours after your massage will lessen that feeling by helping to flush out all the toxins that were released.
Q: Am I expected to talk during the massage or stay quiet?
A: Again, it's up to you. I am here to provide you with the type of experience that best suits you. So feel free to talk during the massage, I don't mind! I typically won't engage you in conversation first, because I don't want to interrupt your moment of relaxation. If you prefer to stay quiet & enjoy the music or even fall asleep, be my guest!
Q: My feet are ticklish, or there are places I don't want massaged.
A: No problem! If there are any places you want me to avoid, just let me know. Otherwise, a full body massage will include face, scalp, arms, legs, back, neck, shoulders, hands, & feet.
